JCGPH experiences Jungle Fighter Adventure

CAMP GEN MATEO CAPINPIN, TANAY, RIZAL – The Jesus Christ Great Provider and Healer Church (JCGPH) experiences a 4-day youth camp and adventure at 2nd Infantry (Jungle Fighter) Division from April 1-4 2015. The group is composed of 60 participants who intend to enhance their camaraderie and foster physical, social, spiritual and mental developments. Upon their arrival, the JCGPH was welcomed by the Home of the Jungle Fighters with its Band Drill Exhibition and Static Display. This was followed with the briefing of camp rules and regulations by Cpt Leoncito I Grezula Jr (Inf) PA, Operations Officer, 2CMOBn. The activities that the group will be undergoing are assembly and disassembly of firearms; actual firing of M16 Rifle at Known Distance Range (KDR) and .45 Cal Pistol at GENSAN Pistol Range; obstacle/ rope course; zip line and rappelling at 2ID Tower; map reading and land navigation at the 2ID vicinity; knot tying; and survival techniques among others. All activities will be supervised by Jungle Fighter Officers who will serve as “Ates and Kuyas” as well as Range Officers to insure the safety of every participant.
