AFP Surgeon General visits 2ID; participates in bloodletting, tree-planting activities

97 donors qualified on the medical screening which gathered 43,650cc of blood.
“The rank of every soldier is only ranks, but what matters most are the bloods that they are going to donate for those who need it,” said BGen Acosta.
As a military tradition, BGen Acosta was accorded with Military Honors with Colonel Dante R Barotilla GSC (INF) PA, Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retirees Affairs, 2ID, PA as the Military Host
The said visit was capped with a tree-planting activity at the back of the Army Station Hospital wherein four araucaria trees were planted.
