2ID conducts Squad Challenge ’16

The 2nd Infantry (Jungle Fighter) Division conducts five (5) days 2ID Rifle and Disaster Response Operation (DRO) Squad Challenge 2016. It is being participated by eight (8) squads from post units and subordinate battalions of 2ID. In an opening ceremony held this morning, 8:00 AM at Division Grandstand, BGen Amador T Tabuga Jr AFP, the Assistant Division Commander, 2ID at the same time the Keynote Speaker, emphasized the importance of the said activity. "This Squad Challenge is in line with the Commanding General, Philippine Army's thrust in strengthening squad's combat capabilities and readiness, as well as in Disaster Rescue and Relief Operations," he said.
